In google analytics, we set up three types of goals that users achieve on the site:
- car selection
- adding an item to the shopping cart
- completed order
These are different points of the sales funnel. Car selection is at the top of the funnel. Many people want to know what kind of power their car can gain if they install a GAN product. The more data on achieving goals, the better training of Google algorithms. Car selection satisfies this condition.
The opposite is the achievement of the “completed order“ goal. Of course, we are interested in Google targeting that type of audience, but working with such rare data is difficult. The product costs 530 euros, and the number of sales is small in absolute terms. Also, keep in mind that the daily budget for a single ad campaign should be at least seven times the amount of cost per conversion. In the case of the completed order, conversion is 250 euros.
