About Geometrium
The client successfully used lead generation on YouTube, but could not scale his success. The advertising budget on YouTube did not exceed $6.5k. Meanwhile, ROAS was 413% and the client was afraid of reducing his business profitability and budget increase. We knew that Geometrium's advertising budget on Facebook was several times larger, so we were confident that the project could be scaled on YouTube.
After analyzing the client's google ads account, we found new opportunities related to the new GEO. We also decided to add a second ad account, since our client tried to scale by increasing the target cost per conversion, but this did not work. In past experience, we used the technique of adding an extra account, and this was successful. This was the reason why the client chose us to solve their problem.



Challenges:
Commercial videos were already outdated markedly by our arrival, so we wrote scripts for new videos. For the best result, we watched our client’s presentations of the 3-day course and put the main points from the course into the scripts. The client recorded new videos quickly and this gave us a good tool for scaling.
Work process
The 2 weeks, that were taken to create new videos. weren't spent. At this time, we created a new Ad account, in which we used new GEO — European countries.

Payment applications for the course from this GEO were received within 1 week after the launch of the advertisement.
Every Thursday the client provided us with applications and payments data, and we scaled the campaigns and ad groups that brought in more revenue. This is possible thanks to the elaborate structure of UTM tags. Here is an example of a UTM tag for one of the ad groups:
utm_campaign=EU_ks_design&utm_term=women_45-54&utm_content=long_cool
utm_campaign means geo and target type - design keywords. utm_term=women_45-54 means that this ad group targets women over 45 and under 54, and utm_content=long_cool refers to a specific video used in this ad.
Outcomes
As a result of managing two accounts, $7,844.13 was spent in total, which is more $1.3k than in the previous month. Here are the rest of the performance from advertising accounts and business indicators while our project team was managing in November 2021:

The most interesting thing is that the growth of ROAS happened even on the back of the increased cost per lead from $3.3 to $4.09. We counted his ROAS every week and saw that leads from new GEO were more expensive, but brought much more money. We are grateful that our client trusted us even though he saw the increased cost per registering on his free course.
